L7 Commercial Rules & Pricing
Last Updated: October 13, 2026
Current Evaluation and Funded Account Plans
These Commercial Rules contain the current numerical limits, prices, add-ons and payout profile of the L7 Select service. They may be published in updated versions independently of the Terms of Service and Funded Account Terms. The exact Evaluation configuration shown and accepted at purchase is stored as the Evaluation Specifications. Following a Verified Pass, the proposed funded configuration is shown and accepted as conditional Funded Account Specifications before Sumsub KYC; if later verification or risk review materially changes that offer, revised Specifications must be accepted before activation. A subsequent public change does not silently change previously accepted terms or earned compensation.
1. Evaluation plans and prices
| Notional account | Base fee | Max DD+ add-on | Leverage+ add-on | Both add-ons total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $5,000 | $20 | +$30 | +$5 | $55 |
| $10,000 | $40 | +$50 | +$10 | $100 |
| $25,000 | $100 | +$120 | +$25 | $245 |
| $50,000 | $200 | +$200 | +$50 | $450 |
| $100,000 | $350 | +$450 | +$100 | $900 |
Fees are one-time Evaluation service charges in USD. Selected add-ons and the final total are displayed at checkout. Taxes, discounts and processing costs, if any, are displayed before payment. Add-ons are purchased only at checkout and apply only to that Evaluation; neither option carries into the standard Funded Account.
2. Evaluation performance and risk
| Metric | Current standard |
|---|---|
| Actual Net Realized Profit Target | 10% of Initial Balance |
| Qualification Progress Target | 10% of Initial Balance |
| Minimum Qualifying Day | Daily Net Realized P&L of at least 0.25% of Initial Balance |
| Maximum Daily Qualification Contribution | 2% of Initial Balance per UTC Day |
| Daily Trailing Drawdown | 3% of Initial Balance from highest Server Equity of the UTC Day; reset at 00:00 UTC |
| Static Maximum Drawdown | 3% of Initial Balance; 5% when Max DD+ purchased |
| Evaluation expiration | No fixed expiration; closes after 30 consecutive days without an executed trade |
| Volume / additional minimum trading days | None; at least five qualifying UTC Days follow mathematically from the daily credit cap |
| Pass condition | Both 10% targets; no breach; all positions closed or finally resolved; integrity verified |
3. Evaluation add-on effects
Max DD+ changes only Evaluation Static Maximum Drawdown from 3% to 5%; the 3% Daily Trailing Drawdown stays unchanged. Leverage+ doubles eligible Evaluation leverage caps shown below, subject to the venue maximum and any stricter per-account/market risk setting. Buying both add-ons combines those effects. Neither add-on affects the standard Funded Account.
4. Leverage bands and markets
| Instrument category | Standard maximum | Evaluation with Leverage+ |
|---|---|---|
| BTC, ETH, SOL and major index perpetuals | 10x | Up to 20x |
| Crude oil, Brent, gold and silver perpetuals | 8x | Up to 16x |
| Foreign-exchange perpetuals | 25x | Up to 50x |
| Equity perpetuals | 4x | Up to 8x |
| Other perpetual markets | 2x | Up to 4x |
| Spot | 1x (no margin leverage) | 1x (no margin leverage) |
All leverage values are ceilings, never promises of venue availability. The lower of the L7 cap, the underlying venue cap and any disclosed narrower account/instrument limit applies. Actual enabled instruments and markets are listed in the current interface and account registry. Evaluation markets may include Hyperliquid spot/perps and specifically enabled L7-approved Polymarket prediction markets. The selected asset and account configuration is recorded against each order/account.
5. Trading fees and costs
Instrument-specific simulated trading fees, spread assumptions, perpetual funding, financing and any modeled execution adjustments are displayed in the relevant Evaluation/Funded Account interface and order ticket before an affected order is submitted. The account record retains the applicable fee schedule and valuation method. The actual order-confirmation and server-side account ledger determine the costs charged in the simulated performance calculation, subject to demonstrable corrections. We do not promise a uniform fee or spread across instruments.
6. Standard Funded Account profile
| Feature | Standard account |
|---|---|
| Provider and payout obligor | 8AAK55 Limited (British Virgin Islands) |
| Account type | Simulated/notional performance account |
| Cycle Starting Balance | Funded notional amount stated in the Funded Offer and accepted Funded Account Specifications |
| Performance Split | 80% to trader; 20% retained by provider |
| Payout threshold | Positive net realized Eligible Funded Performance of at least 10% of Cycle Starting Balance |
| Payout eligibility | Request when threshold is met and all positions are closed/finally resolved; no additional minimum profitable days |
| Payout method | Full eligible-profit sweep: 80% of all eligible profit; the first 10% is included, not subtracted |
| Funded Daily Trailing Drawdown | 3% of Cycle Starting Balance from highest Funded Equity of current UTC Day |
| Funded Static Maximum Drawdown | 3% of Cycle Starting Balance (97% static floor) |
| Leverage | Standard category caps above; no Evaluation add-on carryover, or lower disclosed funded-specific limits |

| Payout asset / network | Native USDC on Arbitrum (supported token contract displayed at payout) |
| Reset | After verified payout settlement, simulated balance and funded risk trackers reset to Cycle Starting Balance |
| Inactivity | No automatic inactivity forfeiture of earned payouts; account access may be ended under the Rulebook/Terms for prospective discontinuation or separately disclosed conditions |
A different funded tier, reduced permitted markets, scaling arrangement or account-specific restriction applies only when shown in the conditional funded offer and accepted in its Funded Account Specifications. A material change after KYC or funding review requires a revised offer and fresh affirmative acceptance before activation. Funded accounts are not physically capitalized with the displayed notional amount and do not confer authority over 8AAK55 Limited's wallets or live orders.
7. Payout timing, costs and settlement
Payout requests are available when the above 10% eligibility threshold and all Rulebook conditions are satisfied; there is no additional 7-, 14- or 30-day waiting period under this standard profile. FundedCo aims to complete ordinary review within five business days of receiving a complete request and to initiate an approved USDC transfer within two further business days. Documented compliance, security, market-resolution or technical holds may extend these timeframes; the payout remains recorded while held. Blockchain confirmation depends on the network and is not guaranteed within the transfer-initiation timeframe.
There is no separate minimum cash payout or per-cycle payout cap under the standard profile beyond the eligibility threshold and the available eligible performance. Direct network fees, if charged to the trader, are shown before confirmation and itemized; taxes and legally required withholding may also apply. A completed full sweep removes the entire cycle profit (including the provider’s share) from the simulated balance and starts a new cycle at the recorded baseline.
8. Changes and accepted account records
Prices, available product tiers and fees may change for future purchases; current market availability, order caps and other forward-looking settings can change for risk, liquidity, law or venue reasons. Rulebook and Commercial Rules updates are dated and made available on the website. For each Evaluation purchase and each conditional funded clickwrap, L7 retains the exact published versions, displayed conditional offer, personalized economic terms and authenticated acceptance evidence, linked to the subsequent KYC decision and activation record. Any material revision to the funded offer must be accepted again. A public update does not change the amount already paid, convert a valid historical trade into a breach, or eliminate an earned Performance Payout.
