Restricted Jurisdictions Schedule
Launch Baseline - Sanctions / Comprehensive Restrictions; Additional Restrictions May Be Applied Prospectively
L7 does not offer the Services to any person where doing so would violate applicable law, sanctions, market-access rules or provider restrictions. At Evaluation launch, L7’s published baseline restriction is persons and jurisdictions subject to applicable comprehensive sanctions, asset-freeze measures or equivalent prohibitions. L7 may apply additional restrictions prospectively where reasonably required by law, regulatory developments, providers, market access or risk policy.
1. Sanctions / Comprehensive Restrictions
- Cuba.
- Iran.
- North Korea.
- Syria.
- Crimea region of Ukraine.
- So-called Donetsk People’s Republic and Luhansk People’s Republic regions of Ukraine.
- Any other territory or person subject to comprehensive sanctions, asset-freeze measures or prohibitions applicable to L7 or its providers.
2. Additional Restrictions
L7 may maintain an operational restricted-jurisdiction/state/territory list in addition to the sanctions baseline. Any additional customer-facing restrictions applicable to a Service will be reflected in L7’s current onboarding, geo-blocking, KYC or account-eligibility controls. Funded accounts may have a narrower jurisdictional perimeter than the Evaluation.
3. Location and Circumvention
A person may not use a VPN, proxy, remote desktop, nominee, alternate identity, entity or other arrangement to access the Services from or for the benefit of a restricted location/person. L7 may request re-verification and may suspend or terminate access where location information is inconsistent or intentionally concealed.
4. Changes
This Schedule may be updated prospectively as sanctions, law, provider requirements or L7’s approved launch perimeter changes. Existing contractual economic terms are not retroactively changed solely because the list changes, but L7 may immediately restrict access where continued service would be unlawful or prohibited by a provider.
