L7 Zealy Sprint: Official Terms

The L7 Launch Sprint (the "Sprint") is run by L Seven Limited, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (BVI company no. 2174183) ("L7", "we", "us"), on L7's Zealy community at https://zealy.io/cw/l7exchange.

• Opens: October 19, 2026, 9:00 AM PDT (16:00 UTC).
• Closes: November 2, 2026, 9:00 AM PST (17:00 UTC).
• Only XP earned on Sprint quests during this window counts. Zealy's sprint clock is the official timekeeper.

• One (1) prize: one free $10K L7 evaluation account, awarded to the participant ranked #1 on the Sprint leaderboard at close.
• The prize is an evaluation account (simulated trading). It is not cash, has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, and is non-transferable.
• Delivered as a single-use code after the winner passes verification (Section 7).
• Code expiry: the code must be redeemed within 30 days of delivery, or it lapses and may be awarded to the next eligible participant.
• Using the evaluation is subject to L7's standard Terms and Rulebook (https://www.l7.exchange/terms, https://www.l7.exchange/rulebook). Winning the Sprint does not guarantee passing the evaluation or getting a funded account.
• Approximate retail value: US$40, the list price of a $10K L7 evaluation on l7.exchange. Total value of all prizes: US$40.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher).
• VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. You can't enter or win if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, a citizen of (where sanctions apply by nationality), or acting for a person in any of the following (the "Excluded Jurisdictions"): (a) every jurisdiction in L7's Restricted Jurisdictions Schedule (https://www.l7.exchange/restricted-jurisdictions): Cuba; Iran; North Korea; Syria; the Crimea region of Ukraine; the so-called Donetsk People's Republic and Luhansk People's Republic regions of Ukraine; and any other territory or person subject to comprehensive sanctions, asset-freeze measures or prohibitions applicable to L7 or its providers; (b) any country, region or person subject to sanctions or embargoes administered by the US (OFAC), the United Nations, the European Union or the United Kingdom, including Russia, Belarus, the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions of Ukraine, Venezuela, Myanmar (Burma), Afghanistan, Sudan, South Sudan, Libya, Somalia, Yemen, Iraq, Lebanon, Mali, the Central African Republic and the Democratic Republic of the Congo; (c) the Province of Quebec (Canada), Italy, Brazil, Belgium, Portugal, mainland China, and the US states of New York, Florida and Rhode Island; (d) any other jurisdiction where L7 does not offer its evaluations or restricts them through onboarding, geo-blocking or KYC; and (e) any jurisdiction where this Sprint would require registration, bonding, a permit, a local-language version or any other filing that L7 has not made. Persons named on any sanctions list, and anyone using a VPN, proxy, remote desktop, nominee or alternate identity to get around these limits, are also excluded. L7 may add jurisdictions to this list before the prize is awarded if the law or a provider requires it.
• One Zealy account and one L7 account per person. Duplicate or linked accounts are disqualified, consistent with L7's Terms (accounts are personal; no creating or using accounts to evade limits).
• Employees, officers, directors and contractors of L Seven Limited and its affiliates (including L7 Holdings Group, Inc.), and their immediate family and household members, can't win.
• You must be able to accept L7's standard Terms to redeem the prize.

1. Join the L7 Zealy community at https://zealy.io/cw/l7exchange.
2. Complete the quests included in the Sprint (Daily and Weekly quests marked as part of the L7 Launch Sprint) during the Sprint period.
3. Your Sprint XP is shown on the Sprint leaderboard.

No purchase necessary. You don't need to buy anything to enter or win, and buying something doesn't improve your chances. No Sprint quest requires a purchase or a paid evaluation. Quests that involve buying an evaluation are not part of the Sprint and earn no Sprint XP.

• The winner is the eligible participant with the most Sprint XP on the Zealy Sprint leaderboard at close, after review (below).
• Tie-break: if two or more participants tie, the winner is whoever reached that Sprint XP total first, per Zealy's timestamps.
• This is a skill/activity-based leaderboard contest, not a lottery. The result depends on the quests participants complete, not on chance, and no random draw is held.

• Submissions are reviewed manually. L7 may reject any submission that doesn't meet the quest instructions.
• L7 may remove XP from, or disqualify, any participant who uses bots, scripts or automation; runs multiple or shared accounts; submits fake, copied, plagiarised or edited proof; buys or trades engagement; or otherwise breaks these terms, Zealy's terms, or the rules of any platform used in a quest.
• Before the prize is delivered, the top-ranked participant must confirm eligibility (e.g. age and location) and the email used on their L7 account. Verification uses the same identity check (KYC) L7 uses for its accounts, and L7 may also ask for a signed declaration of eligibility.
• If the #1 participant is ineligible, disqualified, doesn't respond, or declines, the prize may go to the next-ranked eligible participant.
• L7's decisions on review and eligibility are final and binding, to the extent the law allows.

• L7 will contact the provisional winner within 5 business days after close, via Zealy and/or the email or Discord linked to their Zealy account.
• The winner has 7 days to reply and complete verification. If they don't, they forfeit the prize.
• After verification, L7 sends the single-use evaluation code by email within 5 business days.
• Publicity is opt-in only. L7 will not announce or publish the winner's Zealy username, rank, name, image or any other detail unless the winner gives express, separate written consent (for example by email). Giving consent is not a condition of winning or receiving the prize. The winner may withdraw consent at any time by writing to legal@l7.exchange, and L7 will then stop new uses and remove the winner's details from content it controls where reasonably possible.

The winner is solely responsible for any taxes, duties or reporting tied to the prize where they live. L7 may ask for tax information where the law requires it and may hold the prize until it's provided. L7 doesn't give tax advice.

L7 may change, suspend or cancel the Sprint or these terms at any time, including if fraud, technical problems or anything outside our control affects the Sprint. Changes are posted on the Zealy community and apply once posted. If the Sprint is cancelled early, L7 may award the prize based on the leaderboard at the time of cancellation.

• Zealy is not the organizer and is not responsible for the Sprint or the prize. By taking part, you release Zealy from any claim relating to the Sprint.
• To the extent the law allows, L7 is not liable for lost or late submissions, platform outages, or anything that stops a participant from taking part. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law.

L7 uses entrant data only to run the Sprint, verify and contact the winner, and deliver the prize, per L7's Privacy Policy (https://www.l7.exchange/privacy).

These terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Any dispute about the Sprint goes exclusively to the courts of the British Virgin Islands, unless mandatory consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally. These Sprint terms govern only the Sprint. For the Sprint, they prevail over L7's general Terms of Service and Program Rules if the two conflict. L7's general Terms, Program Rules and policies still govern the purchase, redemption and use of any evaluation account, including a prize evaluation.
