L7 Select Rulebook

Evaluation, Funding Requirements and Funded Trading

This Rulebook governs objective trading conduct, calculations, reviews and account lifecycle procedures for L7 Select. L7 Holdings Group Inc. applies the Evaluation sections. 8AAK55 Limited applies the Funded Account sections once activated. Current percentages, prices, leverage bands, payout thresholds and commercial plan features are published in the separately versioned L7 Commercial Rules & Pricing and are reflected in each accepted account’s Specifications.

1. Definitions and records

Initial Balance: the fixed simulated starting balance of an Evaluation. Cycle Starting Balance: the notional funded starting balance for a funded payout cycle. Balance: simulated account value after realized gains, losses and applicable costs. Server Equity: server-side account value including balance, unrealized P&L, marked open prediction positions, and applicable fees and funding. Reference Mark: a versioned, reasonable market/venue/index/order-book input adjusted for liquidity, staleness, outliers and necessary fallback methods. UTC Day: 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 UTC. Server records control, subject to demonstrable error corrections.

2. Evaluation objective

The Evaluation is one simulated assessment. To become Performance Complete, traders must reach BOTH the Actual Net Realized Profit Target and Qualification Progress Target stated in the Commercial Rules. Actual Net Realized Profit is realized account gain over Initial Balance after applicable simulated fees, funding and costs. Unrealized gains are not realized profit. There is no trading-volume target and no separate minimum number of trading days.

3. Daily Qualification Progress

For each UTC Day, Net Realized P&L means net trading P&L realized that day after the applicable costs. If it is below the Minimum Qualifying Day specified in the Commercial Rules, Daily Qualifying Profit is zero. Otherwise, Daily Qualifying Profit is the lesser of positive daily Net Realized P&L and the Maximum Daily Qualification Contribution (each expressed as a percentage of Initial Balance). Qualification Progress is the cumulative sum of Daily Qualifying Profit and does not decline because of later losing days. Later losses nevertheless reduce Actual Net Realized Profit and Server Equity.

Profit realized above a daily contribution cap remains in Balance but creates no extra Qualification Progress for that UTC Day. A position partly closed across days can generate separate realized P&L on those days. With the current published 2% daily cap and 10% target, at least five qualifying UTC Days are mathematically necessary; they need not be consecutive.

4. Evaluation duration and inactivity

The Evaluation begins at purchase and has no fixed calendar expiration. An Evaluation ends upon Verified Pass, a valid risk or integrity failure, or closure after the consecutive period without any executed trade stated in the Commercial Rules. A purchase with no first trade is also subject to the same inactivity policy. An L7 platform outage or a material L7 system error may justify a pause or restoration; inactivity, personal internet problems, normal market losses and avoidable late closures do not automatically entitle a user to restoration.

5. Daily Trailing Drawdown

Each UTC Day, Daily High Equity is the highest observed Server Equity during that day. On the first day it is seeded immediately after the first executed trade; on later days it is seeded at 00:00 UTC from then-current Server Equity, including floating P&L on carried positions. It can rise but not fall during that UTC Day. Daily Trailing Floor = Daily High Equity minus the Daily Trailing Drawdown Allowance expressed as a percentage of the account’s Initial Balance or funded Cycle Starting Balance, as applicable. Server Equity touching or falling below this floor is an immediate breach. The daily high resets at 00:00 UTC, not the static floor.

Example for a $100,000 account with the current 3% daily trailing allowance: if equity rises to $104,000, the daily floor is $101,000; touching $101,000 breaches despite being above the starting balance. Unrealized gains can move the floor upward. The account interface shows the actual live floor.

6. Static Maximum Drawdown

The Static Maximum Drawdown floor is Initial Balance or Cycle Starting Balance multiplied by one minus the account’s published static limit. It does not increase as profit increases. Equity reaching or falling below this floor breaches. The effective minimum permitted equity at any time is the higher of the Daily Trailing Floor and the Static Maximum Drawdown floor. A purchased Max DD+ option affects only the Evaluation for which it is purchased; it does not increase the Funded Account static allowance.

7. Server calculations, execution and errors

Risk controls operate continuously on Server Equity, not a user’s local chart. L7 may model slippage, spread, depth, funding and settlement according to the accepted account methodology. L7 will not intentionally use a single anomalous last trade to manufacture a breach. For an open prediction position, a reasonable executable mark (including a bid-side mark where appropriate), official provider outcome and liquidity controls may apply; prediction profits count as realized only on closure or final resolution.

Duplicate fills, incorrect booking, manifest bad ticks, invalid provider data and similar demonstrable errors may be corrected consistently in either direction. Traders can submit the affected account, trade ID, timestamp and evidence to support. A different external chart alone does not establish an error.

8. Tradable markets and restrictions

Only instruments enabled for the relevant account may be traded. Eligible categories may include Hyperliquid spot and perpetual markets and L7-approved, sufficiently liquid Polymarket prediction markets, subject to the current Commercial Rules and instrument registry. Each approved prediction market uses its designated official resolution source. A market can be removed or restricted prospectively for law, liquidity, data reliability, resolution integrity, provider limits or risk. Removal does not automatically invalidate compliant historical activity; open positions may be restricted, closed or handled with an appropriate documented fallback.

9. Leverage, positions and account options

Leverage and position size are controlled by the per-market bands and any stricter account or venue caps recorded in the Commercial Rules, account Specifications and order interface. The venue limit always prevails if lower. The Leverage+ add-on doubles the standard Evaluation category cap where permitted, but does not override venue limits or stricter specific-account restrictions. The add-on does not carry forward to an activated Funded Account. All current available add-ons and the price paid appear before purchase.

10. Genuine trading and prohibited conduct

  • No stale-quote, latency, bad-data, oracle, platform-bug or simulated-execution exploitation; no spoofing, wash trading, prohibited inside information, prediction outcome manipulation or other market abuse.
  • No account renting/sharing, third-party account operation, false identity or jurisdiction, linked accounts manufactured to offset risk, coordinated opposite-side positions to farm passes/payouts, or circumvention of account caps.
  • No unauthorized copying of another trader’s activity, abusive orders/API traffic, coordinated artificial results or trading designed principally to exploit execution or payout mechanics rather than take genuine market risk.
  • Automated strategies and bots are permitted only where enabled, subject to infrastructure/risk limits. Ordinary aggressive, losing, concentrated or profitable trades are not prohibited by themselves.

Accounts may be monitored using trading and account-linkage records. L7 may suspend, remove invalid trades, correct results or close an account for a documented breach, with human confirmation of a material final integrity/payout denial. It may seek reasonable explanations, but not require unnecessary disclosure of unrelated proprietary source code.

11. Evaluation pass and Certificate

Performance Complete requires both published targets, no recorded breach, no inactive-account closure, and all spot/perpetual positions closed and prediction positions closed or finally resolved. A human-confirmed integrity review checks applicable restrictions, manipulation, account sharing and demonstrable data errors. If validated, L7 Holdings records a Verified Pass and may issue a personal L7 Select Trading Certificate. The Certificate evidences the objective result only; it is not a professional credential or unconditional funded promise.

12. Funding Requirements

A Verified Pass permits progression toward a funded account, but does not guarantee activation. First, the trader reviews the proposed conditional funded offer. The trader may accept 8AAK55 Limited's conditional Funded Account Terms, Rulebook, Commercial Rules and Funded Account Specifications by unchecked affirmative clickwrap. The trader must accept the conditional offer and submit the initial required identity verification information within seven (7) calendar days after the offer is issued, unless a longer period is communicated by 8AAK55 Limited. The deadline governs trader action, not the time Sumsub or L7 needs to finish reviewing a timely submission. After acceptance, the trader proceeds to Sumsub identity/liveness verification, residence and sanctions/PEP screening, duplicate-account and Evaluation-integrity checks, and any requested questionnaire, interview or strategy/risk review. Separate privacy or biometric notices and consents are presented before relevant collection. These checks are Funding Requirements, not another scored Evaluation.

8AAK55 Limited may, in its sole discretion exercised in good faith and subject to law, approve, approve with conditions, defer, withdraw or decline activation after considering identity, residence or jurisdiction, sanctions and KYC, account integrity, fraud, linked identities, trading approach and repeatability, risk and liquidity, security, payments, market conditions, provider eligibility, capital and operational capacity, broader commercial priorities or other legitimate considerations relating to the funded relationship. Passing any individual check, including Sumsub KYC, does not guarantee activation, and FundedCo need not disclose proprietary assessment methods except where legally required. An unconfirmed sanctions/PEP screening alert requires appropriate review rather than automatic treatment as a proven violation. If either acceptance of the offer or submission of the required initial KYC information is not completed within the seven-day window, FundedCo may close onboarding and withdraw the conditional offer upon notice. It may extend or reopen the window; timely submissions still under provider review do not expire solely because review continues, and requests for additional information may carry a separately communicated reasonable deadline. A materially revised offer requires fresh affirmative acceptance. Funding decline or offer expiry does not itself invalidate a valid Certificate. Evaluation remedies remain governed by the Refund Policy, and a trader may request reconsideration of a funding decline within five business days after notice.

13. Funded Accounts remain simulated

Under the standard Funded Account supplied by 8AAK55 Limited, orders and positions are simulated. Displayed capital is not owned by the trader and no simulated order binds FundedCo to execute a real trade. FundedCo may independently copy, counter-trade, hedge, aggregate, net, resize, delay or ignore signals. Any actual position and resulting gain or loss belong solely to FundedCo or the designated proprietary capital owner. Funded trader performance and contractual payouts do not depend on proprietary hedge results.

14. Funded risk and performance

Funded daily trailing and static maximum drawdown calculations follow Sections 5 and 6 using Funded Equity and the Cycle Starting Balance. The current standard numerical limits are in the Commercial Rules and accepted Funded Account Specifications; Evaluation-only DD+ and Leverage+ do not apply. There is no funded Evaluation-style profit target, Minimum Qualifying Day, daily qualification credit limit or trading-volume requirement. Profits and payouts are governed by the Funded Performance Payout provisions, not by Evaluation Qualification Progress.

15. Funded Performance Payout calculation

Each funded payout cycle starts at the agreed Cycle Starting Balance (B). Eligible Funded Performance (P) is positive net realized simulated P&L within that cycle after disclosed simulated fees, funding and costs, recovery of prior deficits in that cycle and documented permitted corrections. Unrealized profits, invalid trades, already-settled performance and amounts reserved to an earlier payout request are excluded. The Commercial Rules state the threshold, Performance Split, payout asset and payout profile.

Under the current standard full-profit-sweep profile, a request is eligible only when P reaches the published threshold and every position is closed/finally resolved. The gross Performance Payout is P multiplied by the published Performance Split; the qualifying threshold is not deducted from P. At a valid request, trading pauses, P and the payout amount are snapshotted and reserved under a unique payout and cycle ID. That earned payout may be adjusted only for a documented applicable error, breach, lawful withholding or payment restriction.

16. Funded payout review, settlement and reset

After identity, integrity, wallet and eligibility checks, FundedCo pays the earned amount under the processing timetable and network in the current Commercial Rules and accepted Specifications. A bona fide investigation may place a documented temporary hold, but a hold or termination alone does not erase an earned payable. Denials and material downward changes receive human confirmation and an explanation to the extent lawful, and may be reconsidered within five business days. The obligation is independent of FundedCo’s own hedge gains or losses.

After verified settlement to the approved wallet, the standard full sweep removes the whole cycle’s simulated profit, including the provider’s portion, and resets Balance, risk trackers and applicable high-water marks to B. No simulated cycle profit carries forward. A request, approval or broadcast transaction alone does not reset the account; failed and pending transfers preserve the payable and frozen cycle. A payout event cannot itself trigger a drawdown breach.

If the request interface is unavailable when a trader otherwise objectively qualifies, the trader may notify support promptly with account details; FundedCo will assess the server record and preserve eligibility to the extent the outage prevented a timely valid request.

17. Payout wallets and network

Funded payouts use the asset and blockchain network shown in the Commercial Rules and accepted funded Specifications. A trader must provide an accurate wallet and network, demonstrate control where supported, and pass destination screening. FundedCo may use a corporate wallet, institutional payout processor or other permitted transfer channel; a third party’s source address on-chain does not change 8AAK55 Limited’s payout obligation. Payment is recorded when a supported transfer achieves the disclosed finality conditions.

18. Funded termination and earned amounts

A funded risk breach may end future trading and cause closure of simulated positions. 8AAK55 Limited may also prospectively suspend, restrict or end funded participation in good faith for legitimate legal, compliance, security, provider, capital-allocation, trading-risk, business or operational reasons, whether or not a trading-rule breach occurred. Profits below the payout earning threshold are not vested and may be lost following a valid breach or in accordance with the accepted account rules. A valid payout already earned and reserved survives prospective account closure, subject only to documented corrections, established lawful set-off and legal payment controls. No earned payout may be forfeited simply because FundedCo stopped trading, counter-trading lost money or an account was closed for a business reason.

19. Updates, versioning and appeals

The public Rulebook may change for future activity, account types and new purchases. A purchased Evaluation or activated Funded Account retains its accepted rule/version and Commercial Rules profile for prior and already-completed valid activity. Immediate prospective changes required for law, sanctions, security, material provider restrictions or market integrity may apply to active accounts, with notice as reasonably possible. No update retroactively invents a breach or reduces an earned payout. A technical, integrity or payout outcome may be appealed through support within five business days of notice, with a human review and high-level reason category where appropriate.
